The 3.6 timer, an invention of Georges Gacon, represents a major advance in the field of sports training, offering a precise and efficient solution to control the speed of movement of athletes. Initially designed to meet the specific needs of players’ re-athletic phases, this tool has proven to be a valuable asset in various training and physical preparation contexts.

One of the key features of the 3.6 timer is its ability to allow players to run at a constant speed. By setting a pre-set speed, athletes can train to maintain a steady pace, which is essential for improving endurance, endurance, and the quality of athletic performance.
