How to find your serial number (IUD)
Turn on your SportBeeper then go to:
Setting → About (note UID at the top)
After verification and receipt of your equipment registration, you will receive your user manual in your mailbox..
SportBeeper Pro equipment is guaranteed 12 (twelve) months from the date of shipment of the equipment by email contact@sportbeeper.com or www.sportbeeper.com. In the event of resale or change of user occurring within these 12 months, the guarantee is not affected and continues until its end.
During the warranty period, the authorized after-sales service will repair or replace the defective product and / or its components. If the warranty is to be used and the equipment repaired and / or replaced, the warranty will neither be extended nor renewed.
The warranty covers SportBeeper Pro components and accessories against any raw material or manufacturing issue. This warranty is limited and does not cover wear and tear due to normal use of the product. It does not cover damage related to accidents, shocks, improper use of the product, non-compliance with the instructions in the user manual, poor maintenance, insufficient protection against humidity, immersion, extreme or sudden changes in temperature or environment, opening, alterations or repairs carried out by unauthorized after-sales services.
Warranty is only valid on presentation of invoice and / or the delivery form.
For any material control and / or exchange, within the warranty period (i.e. 12 months), the shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The cost of shipping for checked and / or exchanged equipment is supported by Sportbeeper.
Outside of the warranty period (i.e. More than 12 months after shipment), same shipping terms and conditions applies.
