What degrees did you obtain?
I hold a Master’s degree in Physical Preparation from Dijon, as well as a University Diploma (DU) in Physical Preparation from CEP Cometti. In addition, I also obtained the BE1 and BEF diplomas in football.
Which clubs have you supported?
My journey started by coaching the youth categories at my local club as a coach. Subsequently, I did my master’s internship at DFCO, where I was responsible for the physical preparation of the C team at the time, for a period of 2 years. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to join the DFCO training center in 2010, where I worked with the U17, U19, Nat 3 youth categories, as well as the professional squad in Ligue 1 and Ligue 2. Currently, I am working at the training centre.
Which well-known players have you taken care of?
I had the chance to work with the professional squad during the club’s years in Ligue 1, which allowed me to work alongside many well-known players. However, I cannot name one in particular.
What has been your best memory as an athlete?
My best memory as a sportsman remains the victories in the departmental cups (Jura) with my local club near my home.
Can you describe your best moment as a physical trainer?
The most memorable moment as a physical trainer is certainly the first time the professional team has stayed in Ligue 1, which occurred on matchday 38. It was a moment of great satisfaction and pride for the whole team.
