Il est possible de tenir 15 \u00e0 30 minutes proche de sa <strong>capacit\u00e9 a\u00e9robie maximale<\/strong> alors qu&rsquo;en continu ce ne serait que 6 \u00e0 7 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Ces exercices produisent une perception de l&rsquo;effort (RPE) plus faible que celle des exercices continus.
