This recognition has led to the establishment of a team of field experts who work closely with us. As part of our effort to get you more acquainted with these professionals, we set out to ask them a few questions. The presentation you are about to discover is that of Fabien Tissier.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

We have structured this presentation into two distinct parts: a first part that offers a brief overview of his professional background in the form of a quick CV, and a second part that invites you to get to know his personality better through a Chinese portrait.<\/p>\n

1.Quick CV of Fabien Tissier<\/strong><\/h3>\n

What degrees did you obtain?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I hold a Master’s degree in Physical Preparation from Dijon, as well as a University Diploma (DU) in Physical Preparation from CEP Cometti. In addition, I also obtained the BE1 and BEF diplomas in football.<\/p>\n

Which clubs have you supported?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My journey started by coaching the youth categories at my local club as a coach. Subsequently, I did my master’s internship at DFCO, where I was responsible for the physical preparation of the C team at the time, for a period of 2 years. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to join the DFCO training center in 2010, where I worked with the U17, U19, Nat 3 youth categories, as well as the professional squad in Ligue 1 and Ligue 2. Currently, I am working at the training centre.<\/p>\n

Which well-known players have you taken care of?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I had the chance to work with the professional squad during the club’s years in Ligue 1, which allowed me to work alongside many well-known players. However, I cannot name one in particular.<\/p>\n

What has been your best memory as an athlete?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My best memory as a sportsman remains the victories in the departmental cups (Jura) with my local club near my home.<\/p>\n

Can you describe your best moment as a physical trainer?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The most memorable moment as a physical trainer is certainly the first time the professional team has stayed in Ligue 1, which occurred on matchday 38. It was a moment of great satisfaction and pride for the whole team.<\/p>\n

If I Were an Animal: The Ant<\/strong><\/p>\n

By choosing to be an ant, I identify with her hardworking, organized, and determined nature.\u00a0<\/p>\n

For me, Dijon embodies a harmonious mix between history and modernity, tradition and dynamism.<\/p>\n

If I Were a Dish: Mont d’Or in the oven \ud83d\ude0a<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Mont d’Or in the oven is a comforting and convivial dish, associated with warm moments with family or friends.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If I Were a Movie: Gladiator<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gladiator for me represents strength, determination and courage in the face of adversity.<\/p>\n

If I were a ritual: No ritual about me, otherwise I would say: “It’s always the same gestures. First the left leg, always. Socks, shoes, always. Then the right leg. And then a sip of Volvic. Always. \u00bb \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n

If I Were a Soccer Drill: Ball Tennis<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ball tennis is a dynamic and challenging exercise, promoting communication, coordination and team spirit. By choosing myself as this exercise, I demonstrate my taste for team play and my ability to work collaboratively with others.<\/p>\n

If I were a coach: Jurgen Klopp<\/strong><\/p>\n

When I compare myself to Jurgen Klopp, I am inspired by his charisma, passion and inspirational leadership. Like him, I seek to motivate and guide those around me towards excellence, while cultivating a spirit of camaraderie and solidarity.<\/p>\n

If I Were a Footballer: Steven Gerrard<\/strong><\/p>\n

For me, Steven Gerrard embodies determination, talent and a sense of duty to his team. By comparing myself to him, I value the competitive spirit, the desire to win, and the ability to positively influence those around me.<\/p>\n

If I were a sportsman: Roger Federer<\/strong><\/p>\n

For me, Roger Federer represents elegance, grace and excellence in his sport.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If I Were a Club: DFCO<\/strong><\/p>\n

For me, DFCO embodies ambition, determination and the will to succeed despite challenges. When comparing myself to this club, I value perseverance, resilience and team spirit in the pursuit of my goals.<\/p>\n
